Japanese antique tetsubin cast iron teapot 1800's meiji era
From what I was told by appraiser this is a late 1800's early 1900's era teapot, which would make it from the Meiji Era. It is in good shape except the the chips around the spout and the old man's cloak appears to have some kind of chip in the metal work rust in the interior, please see pictures for conditions. Very heavy and lid has makers or artist signature engraved. Measures 10" tall by 6" round.
